Well, you can play the beginning part by adding a vibrato with your firs finger (fretting hand). I often do this when my tremolo is not available at the time. The endig lick could be played by repeatedly sliding your fretting hand to the desired positions, and the last dive bomb could be done by picking an artificial harmonic, and immediately bending up the string few notes, and then gradually releacing it.
