The "Country Set Break" lesson is funky piece inspired by Bill Doggett's "Hold It" a popular song from the 1960's to ride out into a set break. Here we have a similar idea but with a lot more chicken picking. It is based around the 7#9 chord which gives it the funky sound. Also hybrid picking is a must to achieve those snappy staccato sounds. The tone I'm using is a typical lightly overdriven start sound using the the bridge and middle pickup combination.
