Minor Pentatonic is one of the most well know scale by any player, so should be with seven strings guitar too. A way to learn it quick and fast comparing the shapes you already know with the notes on the seventh string.

One of the coolest things you can do on a seven strings guitar, is to play long three-octave arpeggios runs. Coupled with sweep picking, the effect is a never-ending cascade of notes, that surely will turn some heads!
