  • Hi GMC'ers! Sepultura formed in 1984, and has been influential to metal, industrial, and hardcore punk. The group talented artists, great riffs, and Brazilian influence is reflective in their songs. "Roots Bloody Roots" off their sixth album Roots illustrates both their skills and cultural background.

    In my opinion the lesson is relatively simple. The key to capturing this style is timing and aggressive play. If you have any problems let me know.

    120 bpm

    * E minor
    * B minor

    Tuning:
    * Eb - Ab - Db - Gb - Bb - Eb
    (From thick to thin string)
    * Down 1/2 step
