  • Hey there everyone!

    This lesson is dedicated to one of my top 5 favorite bands - Sevendust, hailing from Atlanta Georgia, USA!

    "Sevendust is an American heavy metal band from Atlanta, Georgia. Formed in 1994 by bassist Vince Hornsby, drummer Morgan Rose and guitarist John Connolly. After their first demo, lead vocalist Lajon Witherspoon and guitarist Clint Lowery joined the group. Following a few name changes, the members settled on the name Sevendust and released their self-titled debut album on April 15, 1997." - Wikipedia

    My favorite albums are 'Seasons', 'Animosity', 'Cold day memory' and the awesome live 'Southside Double Wide' - an all acoustic DVD featuring some of their greatest songs!

    Tone settings: AMT SS20 Lead Channel, having the Bass at 10 O'clock, the Mids at 9 and the Highs at 1 O'clock, while the gain is somewhere around 1 O'clock.

    Guitar: PRS Mike Mushok Baritone

    Effects: DAW added reverb on the chords and the picked notes in the beginning.
