The "Mastering the Fretboard: Diatonic Arpeggios" lesson is an etude intended to help you develop ways of getting up and down the neck and making new connections. It builds off of a previous lesson entitled "Mastering the Fretboard." Like the first video we ascend and descend the 7 modes except this time we use arpeggios moving at an interval of a third. My favorite thing about practicing etudes like this is to look for patterns or shapes and notices how those relate to the mode above and below. Then I can start to visual new ways of connecting them.
