My ears have heard the change but my eyes have not seen it. I had to go back and see your hand movement again. I pay attention to this detail because I work to make this movement "invisible" in my playing. When I saw how cool you do this...I was very jealous.
Thanks Mon!! To improve the speed of your pick-up switch you may work on the position of your right hand while playing (as well as keeping your right arm as relaxed as possible).
I also have to say that each guitar has its own position, so depending if you are playing on a Strat or a Les Paul, etc. this might affect the speed of pickup switching and you should build up muscular memory to suit the body shape of that guitar with that particular position of the pickup selector.
