Very nice I didn't know there was another way to play a g chord. I been fooling around with guitar since I was 12and now im58.
i finally found here and wanna say thank you for great lesson !
Great great great, Thanx!
Just wanted to let you know that this beginners series is very helpful even for us not absolute beginners.
fun to jam over!
Thanks Christophe and Daniel
Agreed with Adrian,
I wish I had this when I was 12 or younger. A teacher charges far more than GMC for less stuff.
Very high quality lesson for absolute begginers, this is brillant !
Thanks Adrian! I would have also!
nice series man, i would have kill for this kind of help when i was starting!
Thanks Kris! I'm very glad to be helping the beginner guitarists here at GMC!
Yes finally - welcome Bear! Your lessons rock, and they only get better with each lesson! We have been waiting a long time for more beginner material.
Bear's intro thread can be found here.
Hi, GMC, and welcome to my first lesson!
This is a series called Beginner's Corner. As you can probably tell by the name, this is the place for all you beginning guitarists to get started on your journey to great guitar playing. This is going to be similar to Andrew Cockburn's "First Steps" series, but we are going to expound on some of what he has covered.
To start off with, we are going to learn a few open chords in the key of G major.
Enjoy!
