- Kuffner - Sonatina, Part 2LEVEL 4A polyphonic piece with two melodies, one played with thumb, and another played with index-middle combination. This lesson is most useful for the mobility and strength of the thumb.

Hi super lesson. But question. At the end of Video 4 you seem to play something else than whats shows in the tabs? Tabs say 2 fret string 1 and 6 but you seem to play the 6 string on the2 fret?
DethKlok2nd November 2008This in beautiful. It reminds me of foreplay. Really, when I'm playing it I keep imagining slowly undressing, kissing slowly and passionately. It's very clear where we're going, but we want to take our time. Then at certain parts we get excited and rush ahead a bit, but then slow back down to enjoy it. And then... well, you get the idea. Haha.
I hope that wasn't too graphic for anyone.
Btw, I also had trouble with the full bar on the 3rd part (electric guitar has spoiled my fingers), so instead of 7th on the 6th string, I play an open 5th string, and it sounds really good - maybe even better. Try it!

But unfortunately, I am afraid those are still copy righted.
There are many other South American composers that I want to share here, like Dilremando Reis, Barrios Mangore, and others, but I have to choose older pieces which are in public domain.

Sorry for the late reply. I haven't been checking my old lesson comments.
"Thumb in the middle of the neck" is actually the standard left hand position for the classical guitar.
That's because you use more bar chords, and also you don' use much string bending (vertical) vibrato.
When I do horizontal vibrato on the classical guitar, I sometimes let the thumb go in the air in order to give more freedom for hand shaking movement.QUOTE ([email protected] @ Aug 8 2007, 02:52 PM)Hey

Hi, Hissigman!
As your index finger do the bar, the middle finger stays on the third string, 8th fret.
The first string 8th fret (note C) is played by your ring finger.

Is it really illegal to perform and teach a song just because it's copyrighted? Performing covers of songs isn't illegal so this shouldn't be illegal either.

Hi! Welcome to GMC’s new classical guitar lessons.
For the first lesson, I have chosen the first half of “Spanish Romance”, a famous movie theme from a French cinema called “Forbidden Game”. The second half will be taught in the next lesson.
I have broken this first part of the piece into five clips. The first one explains the right hand motion, and the following four are for the left hand.
