Hey guys! In this lesson we’ll work on the style of Jeff Loomis. This awesome musician is one of the guitarists of Nevermore and since he released his solo album on 2008, his name is a must-know on the modern playing style.
This lesson contains techniques such as Sweep, Tapping, Legatos and Alternate Picking. The tonality is Bm. As always, I recommend you to practice slow, speeding up little by little and always with metronome.
The Equipment utilized is:
Backs, Daniels 8 strings SDG custom model guitar
Melody, Ibanez Rg 550 LTD
Line 6 POD X3 Live
Enjoy it
