  • Hi GMC! This lesson is a solo of my own that I composed for my first progressive band called “Damnation” when I was 17. I have studied the neoclassical style some years after recording this solo and I was a bit boring. I was trying to find another ways to play the guitar. I began to study progressive guitar players like John Petrucci and Steve Morse and this is one of my first intents to sound more original and less classical.

The solo is in F#m and you will find some interesting slow licks and also speed alternate picking parts. I recorded for you a loop of the backing track to keep on practicing a long time.
