very nice!! :=)
Thanks,glad you like it.
This is actually very common type of progression,
nothing from out of this space and yeah,
I believe soling over it is pretty fun as well.
Hello Muris,
Beautiful progression.
How did you make it?
Maybe you can use this for a solo lesson?
I have tried to solo over it in Cm it was fun.
Glad you liked this one,cheers!
I can say that this kind of progression/voicing
is a lot common in today's music.
There are 2 ways to get similar idea:
1- to have kind a walking bass line
and then you just harmonize it
2-to make nice walking bass line
from the chords you have already
Try listening to Sting,Elton John
and those kind of artists, list goes on and on.
This is a good exercise. Thanks.
Muris: Are these voicing/inversion chords very common? Do you see yourself using them frequently in your playing? I wonder if you can point me to some resources on chord voicing substitutions, e.g Gm/Bb can substitute for what chord(s), not just obviously it can be used in place of regular Gm.
Thanks so much.
Great,congrats!
Yes indeed, there are few tricky chord changes
but you overcome it you'll be able to
play more complex stuff with less effort!
...I almost got it...there are some chords changes which are really tricky...now comes the last part and then I can finally play this your beautiful piece
Glad you like it!!
