Yes, this is simplified notation without suspended chords.
C#dim7 - A/C#
H (polish nomenclature) - B of course
BbM7 not Dm in the end.

Welcome to the fifth part of the "Winter Tune" series. This time the main riff is based on the Polish traditional dance - Polonaise in 3/4 meter. We have the riffing part, main theme part, soft&slow part and solo -
