Cool riffing Emir!
I am really looking forward to working on this as it is definitely my favourite style with Malmsteen ratcheting up Ritchie Blackmore's work. I think learning this lesson could lead to a major advancement in alot of us beginner-intermediate level players!
Killer riffing Emir!
Hi
This time I have made some Yngwie/Blackmore type of riffing in triplet feel. I have always enjoyed playing riffs in triplet feel especially in heavy metal songs. I used to be a big fan of drummer Cozy Powel whose trade mark was this type of drumming in triplets. I tried to reproduce some of his drum fills in the lesson.
There is not much to be said about this lesson. Picking is alternate with some hammer ons and pull offs here and there. Make sure that you palm mute almost everywhere and release when doing hammer ons and pull offs. I left the markers in GP and tab about that.
You can look at this lesson as a good picking exercise but you also migh find it fun to play.
Happy riffing :)
