  • Hi everybody

I have finally managed to produce a slower tempo lesson :) This one sounds like a slow pop-rock in E minor key. Here I tried to demonstrate some easy rock soloing with many long notes and wide vibrato. Vibrato is very important here for the notes sustain and it needs to be consistent. Scale choice is simple. I played E Dorian and E minor pentatonic. There are some aggressive bends which require precise note control. In order to achieve tone color from soft to aggressive many times I switched my pickup position from neck to bridge and back. You can clearly hear when the guitar sound changes and it is also marked in the tab and the GP file.

This lesson will improve your bending, vibrato control, rock licks, slow rock feel, improvisation in Dorian mode.

    Enjoy
