  • Hi Guys,

Welcome to my lesson No. 84 called "Sweet Country Ballad"
This lesson is a beginner lesson and is focussed on using simple pentatonic scales to create a catchy melody.
The chord progression and also the structure AABA are very typical for this genre.

The most important thing here is using a wide range of dynamic to get a human feel!

    Have fun!

The structure of the Jam track:

    A Part 0:00-0:17
    |F Eb/F F | Bb Bbm6| F/A Abdim |Gm7 BB/C |

    A Part 0:18-0:29
    |F Eb/F F | Bb Bbm6| F/A Abdim |Gm7 BB/C |

    B Part 0:30-0:40
    |Bb | Am7 A7| Dm| G7 |

    A Part 0:41-0:56
    |F Eb/F F | Bb Bbm6| F/A Abdim |Gm7 BB/C F|
    Have fun! ;-)
