  • Hey guys, in this lesson we focus on a moderately fast but tricky string skipping sequence of patterns!


    I often try to challenge myself to create something that is difficult for me to play, in order to improve my skills.

    And here we are! I always find string skipping pretty difficult to play because you need to be as relaxed as possible.

    In this case, the run is pretty long, so working on this etude will improve your alternate picking stamina!



    I created a sequence of modulation in order to make this exercise as musical as possible, even if we are playing a non-stop sequence of 16th notes for almost one minute! :)
