Welcome to the Scarborough "Country" Fair lesson. This is a twangy, chicken picking version of the old English melody. It's not a flashy piece, style is king. Pay close attention to the staccato and muted notes, and be sure to make them snap. A hybrid picking technique is key for this style. I using a twangy tone, utilizing the Tele's bridge pickup, with some compression, overdrive, delay, and a good amount of reverb.
