  • Welcome to the Hybrid Picking Polyrhythms" lesson. In this lesson we explore playing two opposing rhythmic ideas simultaneously. We will accomplish this with hybrid picking. We will use the pick (or thumb) to play on rhythm while using other fingers to play the opposing rhythm. This piece feels like we are playing a pattern of 3 against 2.
