  • Hi Guys,

    Welcome to my lesson No. 57

    The great BRETT GARSED inspired me to do this cool fusion lesson. But without focussing on his unique hybrid technique, it is his great approach of composing and creating superb melodies that always fascinates me.
    So this lesson has a cool epic melody on the vers and some rockier lines in the chorus (all over a lot of key changes & modes). In the outro you can hear a fast unisono line with guitar & bass.
    Also The 3/4 time signature may be a bit strange at the beginning. But it adds this cool progressive style.

    Here is the structure of the Jam track:

    Vers 0:00-0:27
    | G | % | G/A | % |
    | F#m7(#5)|% | Cadd9/E | Em7 |
    | Csus2/Eb| % | F#/D | Bsus2/D | G7M | % | C7M | % |
    | Bm7 | A sus2 | Gsus2 | Esus4/G# |

    Chorus 0:28-0:38
    | Dm7 | Am7 | Bb7M | G/A |
    | Dm7 | Cadd9/E | Bb7M | Am7 G/A Am7 |

    Outro 0:39-0:56
    | D5 | C/F G5 | D5 | Bb/Eb Fsus2 |
    | D5 | F/Bb | D5 | D5 ||

    Have fun! ;-)
