Hi. I've been reading a lot of good things, about the new LINE6 POCKET POD. Anyone on here have one, or played with one? Thoughts?

Does it come with an adapter so I can run it without batterys, or do I have to buy that separatly?
I cant find any info on that, all it says is that it has a socket for it.

did some reasearch, no AC adapter sad.gif

but, it uses a standard 9VDC, which you can get at any electronics store for really cheap.

OK, thanks for your effort. No big deal. I'm just lazy and want it all included smile.gif
Thinking of buying one for my son just for fun. The pocket pod or a Marshall. I like gadgets, especially small, cute gadgets biggrin.gif

I've got one, and it's great. More than a few times I've played guitar in the car with headphones, my Pocket Pod, and the guitar itself.

The only issue I have is that you can't use patches from the PODxt and use them with the Pocket Pod.

Great! A pocket pod it is then.
Yes, I saw that, about the patches, a pitty since I have a XT too.

Pocket Pod is an amazing piece of equipment. it has enough amp models and effects to please just about anyone. it even has a few bass and vocal tones! that, combined wtih downloading custom tones online, makie it endlessly useful. the tuner is very accurate. i can pack my pocket pod, cable, headphones and guitar in gig bag and be ready to practice anywhere. it's awesome. i find the tone EXCELLENT.

no metronome though, sorry.
