Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi mate! This take has some moments that are very good and some others that need more practice. The first rhythm section is not completely tight, you have to adjust that rhythm with the drums. Then, when the solo starts, the first part also has some timing issues, nothing to serious but it needs some adjustment too. Your vibrato could be more consistent in the overall and there are some bends like the ones at 1:28 that don't reach the correct pitch.

This is a long lesson, if has many parts and you learnt each one, now it's time to adjust the overall thing. Isolate the different sections and concentrate on playing everything tight. After some more days of practice you will feel more comfortable with this one and your take will be surely better.

Hey man! Welcome back to the REC zone smile.gif You are a talented young man and I remember great takes from you - now, I would say that nailing the details that Gabe mentioned would be the important thing to take care of so, please focus on those at a slow tempo and once you got them right, implement them in the context. After that gradually raise the speed, without losing sight of those details, deal?

Let's see the improved version!

Cosmin

As guys - Gab and Cosmin said - most work in need to be done i nthye rhythm prat (the timming) and the porecission of solo part. You got pretty nice control of vibrato and nice, smooth tone (a bit too much gain for my taste - less gain would solve some noises problems). Camera compression made it a bit confused to objectively judge to timming but anyway at some moments is clearly visible it needs corrections. Before focusing on the timming I would first make order with the solo part. Some bends need precise pitch and some notes just fell out from You fingers...I'm shure You felt it while playing so no need to point them out smile.gif \
